These terms and conditions govern the rules of use of F1 Casino (FastOne Casino) online casino operated by WoT N.V. licensed by Curaçao Gaming Authority. 1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- By logging into the F1 Casino website (fastcas.games) and confirming the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have familiarized yourself with these rules and commit to comply with them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a player and the casino operator WoT N.V.

2. Player Eligibility and Age Restrictions

3. Account Registration and Login Credentials Security
- Each player is entitled to one account at F1 Casino. Creating multiple accounts by one person (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent activity. All duplicate accounts will be closed and all winnings from them will be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
- F1 Casino accepts payments through various payment channels including bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), electronic wallets (Skrill, Jeton, Mifinity) and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and others). F1 Casino does not charge any fees for deposits – if your payment provider charges its own fees, the casino is not responsible for them. - Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible, the processing time depends on the chosen method and can range from several hours (cryptocurrencies) to 5 business days (bank transfers). F1 Casino reserves the right to request identity verification before approving the first or any withdrawal. The casino may withhold up to 20% of the withdrawal amount in specific cases specified in the bonus terms.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, if technically possible. If this is not possible, the casino will ask you to choose an alternative method. When using cryptocurrencies, verify the correctness of the wallet address – the casino is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
- All games at F1 Casino operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, which are regularly audited by independent authorities to ensure fairness. Game results are random and the casino has no ability to influence their outcomes. Players agree that game results are final and cannot be disputed.
- Using software assistants, hacks, automated gaming programs or any unauthorized software designed to manipulate games is strictly prohibited. 6. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

If intellectual property rights are violated, legal action may be taken including lawsuits for damages and immediate ban from using the services.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
- F1 Casino offers its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The casino does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. Players use the platform at their own risk and agree that the casino bears no responsibility for any technical problems, server outages, data loss or other adverse incidents beyond the direct control of the operator.
- F1 Casino is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including loss of profit, loss of data or emotional distress caused by using or inability to use the casino services. The maximum liability of the casino to the player in any case shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the player into the account during the last seven months.

Any disputes arising from the use of F1 Casino services or these terms will be resolved in accordance with Curaçao law and relevant court disputes will be heard by the courts of this jurisdiction.
- In case of any dispute between the player and the casino, the player undertakes to first contact F1 Casino customer support and attempt to reach an agreement. If no agreement is reached, the player may file a complaint with the regulatory authority – Curaçao Gaming Authority. Players also have the option to use alternative dispute resolution methods provided by independent third parties such as Casino.guru or similar mediation platforms.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- F1 Casino reserves the right to change, supplement or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to players. The current version of the terms is always available on the casino website and players are obligated to regularly monitor any changes. The date of the last update is indicated at the end of the document.
- By continuing to use F1 Casino services after changes to the terms are published, you express your agreement with the updated rules. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account before they take effect. The casino will not send individual notifications about every change to the terms, therefore it is the player's responsibility to monitor this page.
